Our clients usually have an established and validated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system using SAP software (the “ERP System”). As part of our usual scope there's requirements for enhancing business operations and streamlining drug formulation processes. Our involvement extends to enabling business growth within the drug manufacturing area which includes designing formulation, bio harvesting, mixing and filling processes.
We are looking for resources to help with drug formulation, design and analysis, process flow and mapping definition, functional design and documentation, requirement gathering as well as client support and workshop facilitation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or life sciences a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles, including workshop facilitation and user engagement a plus.
Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply critical thinking to complex system challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
